I just couldn't resist, grabbed my camera, walked into the field and snapped a few pics (okay you know me by now I snapped at least 30). I'm hoping the picture looks as good on your monitor as it does on my laptop.
Just a quick post this morning because I'm waiting for Grandma (MIL) to come pick me up so we can pick apricots... and... "de-neuter" a cat. Yes, you read that right. Pops (FIL) put a band on the neighbour's cat yesterday, same thing done to the calves when they are born, but something isn't quite right so we are checking it out this morning. Guess who gets to hold the cat? That reminds me I've got to go find my work gloves! Stay tuned for a step by step tutorial about making Yorkshires later this week!
Update: The cat is okay, I have no scratches, and the band has been removed. Pops neutered it the old fashioned way. And as for picking apricots it will be held off until the rain quits!

Gorgeous!!!
Oh, poor kitty...and poor you - I hope the cat doesn't tear you up too badly.
I can't wait for the tutorial on Yorkshires. If I can finally make a decent one, my dh and bil will be forever grateful to you! =)
Also, thanks for the comment earlier about the Computer Fast...I know exactly what you are saying and I've learned SO MUCH by having access to the internet. (maybe it is just my pms bugging me and making me look at EVERYTHING a bit wonky...) =)
Hi Kansas....
The picture is beautiful. It looks so peaceful and calm and almost lonesome. I know how it is just to sit and watch and enjoy. We are so lucky to live in such a wonderful part of the world.
As to de-neutering (or neutering) anything I think I would decline. Definitely not my bag. :)
Love ya loads
I love that picture. You should enter some of yours into contest or make a photo book of them and sell it.
You can cook, take pictures, and knit like no one else..
