You can make your own by going to the "How About Orange?" blog. I think the hardest thing about making these was opening the thumbtack package! The tutorial calls for 1/2" size button covers but I was going by memory while shopping at Wal-Mart and bought 3/4" and they worked fine. Now if I can find some small cork boards to go with them they'd make dandy Christmas presents :) You could also glue a magnet on the back instead of a tack and use them on your fridge or your child's locker!
