Redneck Renovations

Give Hubby a chainsaw and a hammer and his carpenter toolbox is complete. We (and I use we loosely) removed a set of glass doors in my canning kitchen. I run the vacuum like he runs the chainsaw so in short order we were both done.

PS If my Mom reads this post (and I know she will) please do not show Robert!

I'm envious that you've a separate canning kitchen! Never mind the fact that you've your husband in there with a chainsaw, the fact that you've got space to can is fabulous!

Everyone must be doing remodeling work. We have been working on our place for months now and I can't wait to get it finished but it's no time in the near future. Reading your blog I've had to laugh and love the posting about Please Call Ahead and I love that quote and have used it often. Oh if you talk to the cleaning fairy tell her she is also missing my house and I would really appreciate it if she could pop in one night. Thanks for stopping by my blog and the dishcloth is getting a lot of use even my 15 year old commented on how good it feels. Hmmm...wonder if she will want to do dishes more often now...ok, that maybe too much to hope for. lol But I know I will be making my dishclothes from now on...no more store bought.

Hi Kansas...
This looks like my kind of carpentry work. It gets the job done. He is handy with that power saw. Good Job Johnny!
