Big Horn Sheep

Coming home on Sunday we were lucky enough to see a few Big Horn Sheep grazing alongside the highway. This is about 8 miles out of Lytton.
Hubby told me to stay in the vehicle but, the avid photographer that I am, I just had to get out. Of course they ran, but they stopped just as they crossed the road.
The sheep sure don't mind a vehicle idling right beside them, and as we sat there they slowly came back. Here's a quick video of them.

GMTA Neo :) This morning I asked Hubby, before breakfast, the same thing! He told me you have to get them at the right time or they taste too strong, just in case you are out there trying to rustle up a few :)

Hi Kansas.... These are such a sight to see. We did see them once on the Lytton end. They were going up the hill so we never a got anywhere near this close. Wow! These are great pic's of them. I hope to see them again on a trip up there. The video is neat to see. They look so very warily at the camera.

Love Ya!
