Julian in the tub

This little guy is my great nephew Julian, he's 15 months old and will melt your heart with his smiles.

Julian loves the bath, and Sydney loves to dump water on his head.

I'm sure glad Julian loves water :)

And the reason he was in the tub?  I think he loves Ketchup as much as he loves the bath :)

I'm soooo happy Shaylee is here now, I had Julian for two weeks before she got here, and I can now say I'm exhausted!  Wow I didn't think it would be that difficult looking after a little one again, after all my youngest, Jevan, is only 5 and it wasn't that long ago he was like Julian.  But Jevan started school in September and I quickly got used to the quiet days without having to run around after someone.  My old bones are aching, and I found I was crawling into bed a lot earlier than what my normal bedtime was, and still waking up tired!

Hi westie-mom, I had the camera at 1/200 shutter speed, flash on, continuous shooting, evaluative metering, and an iso speed of 1600. I also had the setting "high ISO speed noise reduction" set to on.
I had my daughter pour water from a small cup over Julian's head and just hold the button down and keep shooting. I did have to lighten the picture a wee bit post processing. One important thing: sit back far enough not to get wet and have fun!
