Luffa Spouts coming along

Just a quick update on the luffa seeds I planted March 2. They are really doing well and I hope we get this cold weather gone before these guys grow right out of their pots! This picture was taken when they were 2 weeks and four days old.

You mean, you hope that the cold weather goes away within the week? 'Cause those guys look like they'll outgrow the pot in around 5 days!

Wow they are growing! This puts me in the mood I will have to get some of mine started.

I love your pot mitt and my sister would kill for it she loves lady bugs.

Take Care,
Vickie

I am thinking you might have to put them in bigger pots. Whatever you are doing with them seems to be working. They look great.

Better get those in bigger pots or they will get spindly. If it was May you oculd put them outside. They look so healthy, resembling squash or cucumber plants. Ab

I would agree that bigger pots are in order!

They are getting big! Hey, an idea for little seedlings I did this year was cutting toilet paper rolls in half for sprout pots. Totally biodegradeable, and they held up real well.
