Fishing season is winding down and we pulled our nets last week. I've smoked, canned, and dried quite a few fish this year and I finally had time to put together a video. If you have no idea how to fillet, or the thought of filleting a fish makes you shudder, have a quick look at the video. You'll be surprised at how easy it is to do. The way I do it it's less cutting and you can whip through a fish pretty fast. Make sure you have a sharp knife, a fillet knife is best but not necessary.

I watched 20 or more videos on YouTube and this is the best by far. The photography and the filleting out do them all. I am sure a lot of people really will be able to do a good job after watching this video. I know I sure learned a lot from it. I hate fish bones and love fish so this is great.
