A couple more wallpapers

Sydney and I were walking around the yard at dusk the other night snapping pics.  She's using my old camera and it's fun to "shoot" with someone who's truly interested in photography, well at least this week ;)

I couldn't believe our sky!  It reminds me of our hot summer days, and when they say "red sky at night" it usually means great weather the next day and, as I sit and type, the sun is shining and the birds are singing.  Spring is on it's way!

Both the pictures below can be used as desktop wallpaper.  I've cropped them so they fit on a widescreen monitor.

For the past three days I have had the flu... and it's been a doozy.  Jevan missed all last week of school and is still coughing a bit as of yesterday.  I'm praying Sydney doesn't get it because if she has to miss school she will be one disappointed little girl.  She's been such a great help and I've been huddled in bed sweating buckets and freezing to death!  While I've been mixing cocktails of actifed, tylenyol, hot tea, and echinacea, she's been keeping the woodstove filled and looking after the chickens.  I was proud when she came and told me the chickens needed water and food and managed to do both without my help.  Today I feel as if I can at least get out of bed and post this, I started it two days ago but was so sick there was no way I could post it.  I hope all of you stay healthy and the flu bug doesn't get you.

I'm sorry you've gotten that flu - we had what sounds like the same thing, when we went back home for Christmas. It didn't get me that badly, but T. was having the sweating & all that. The coughing ... the coughing lasted nearly a month.
